• Developed a Digital Control using Cloud based JIRA Core to address the pain areas in the Charge Management System.      

• The project entails building a solution which can automate the process flow of the Charge Management System for FPNs by deploying a low cost, agile, modular technology.  The solution has created a single information nerve-centre providing a transparent view of the operational effectiveness and compliance, both in the office and the field works
